Reminds me a lot of the designs in the tiles on the Ruins of Barr in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. :3

Oh.. hehe.. it's toward the end of the first disk... you go into these ruins and to unlock your way to the boss, you have to step on all the tiles while holding a dragon's skull and a similar design to that appears on the active tiles. ^^ I thought at the time "hey that would make a superbitchin tattoo!"
